Right now, the UK aluminium packaging recycling rate is 68% and the drink can recycling rate is at 82%. Alupro’s aim is a 100% recycling rate for aluminium packaging.
For years, we’ve had salons contacting us asking what they can do with the foils they use. Right up until now, we've had to tell them that unfortunately, that material isn’t recyclable because of the chemicals that have been used. Until now. Now we've got the technology to process the material properly and we know that the aluminium will be recycled and returned into circularity, which is which is fantastic.
